Growing up in a family with over three decades of real estate experience (development, brokerage, investing and property management), Nichole Shanfeld’s passion and knowledge for real estate started at a very young age.

After graduating magna-cum-laude from University of Wisconsin-Madison with a bachelors degree in strategic communications and journalism, Nichole joined a top producing luxury real estate team in Los Angeles. Nichole proved that she inherited the real-estate gene, establishing herself as a true prowess when she closed over $30M in sales during her first year on the team. Her appreciation of quality design and architecture coupled with a tenacious work-ethic and intimate knowledge of all subsets of Los Angeles have inevitably led to her extremely successful start in the luxury residential real estate market.
